By accessing and using ITN Auto Auctions ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on ITN Auto Auctions's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
All bids are binding and cannot be cancelled once placed. Users must be approved dealers to participate in auctions.
Payment is due within 24 hours of winning an auction. We accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and certified funds.
The materials on ITN Auto Auctions's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. ITN Auto Auctions makes no warranties, expressed or implied.
In no event shall ITN Auto Auctions or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials.
