How do I register as a dealer?

To register as a dealer, click the "Register as Dealer" button in the top navigation. You'll need to provide your business information, dealer license, and complete our verification process. Once approved, you'll have access to our full inventory and bidding platform.

How does the bidding process work?

Our bidding process is simple: browse our inventory, place your bid on any vehicle, and we'll notify you if you're outbid. Bids must be at least the minimum bid amount, and you can increase your bid at any time before the auction ends.

What are the seller fees?

Seller fees are based on the final bid amount: $500 for bids $0-$29,999, $650 for bids $30,000-$59,999, $750 for bids $60,000-$69,999, and $1,000 for bids $70,000+. These fees are in addition to the auction price.

How do I arrange vehicle pickup?

After winning an auction, you'll receive pickup instructions via email. Vehicles can be picked up at our facility in West Jordan, UT, or we can arrange shipping to your location for an additional fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and certified funds. Payment is due within 24 hours of winning an auction. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards for vehicle purchases.

Can I cancel a bid?

Bids are binding and cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure you're committed to purchasing the vehicle before placing a bid. If you have concerns about a vehicle, please contact us before bidding.

How do I know if a vehicle has issues?

All vehicles include detailed condition reports, photos, and VIN information. We disclose any known issues including accident history, salvage titles, and mechanical problems. We recommend inspecting vehicles in person when possible.

What if I have technical issues with the website?
